Overview

XY accuracy of ± 50 μm can be realized by adopting the casting frame, and it can be mounted from 0402 chip parts to □ 15 mm SOP *. Super compact size of width 460 mm × depth 760 mm × height 1270 mm.

As a feature of the MR series, we have applied coating and mounting functions as standard equipment plus, we also standardized automatic image processing and cut the list price of 6 million yen.

More intuitive operation is possible with interactive software with established reputation and touch panel adoption.
