Why is it a low price

We realized lower price of inline-compatible vertical version detachable automatic cream solder printing machine by a simple method that does not use image processing, positioning the mask and the board in hardware. It corresponds to about 10 seconds (adjustable) in 1 cycle and printing with a minimum 0402 size. Printing pressure / squeegee angle can be freely set, and it corresponds also to metal squeegee. A production plan that does not depend on large-scale lines can be set up.

Inlining

Improvement in productivity is realized by incorporating it into a mobile mounting line that maximizes the performance of ST-250CV. A super compact mounting line is completed.
