Point reflow at any height

By adopting the motor drive type for Z motion, the heating pattern expands at once. It is possible to make preheat and main heating continuous, or to correspond to a work with steps.

Multipoint automatic point heating is possible

Multiple point automatic heating is possible easily by inputting heating position and heating time. Since heating time can be set for each heating position, it can correspond to a pattern that temperature is difficult to raise.

Ball screw is adopted for XY axis

High precision ball screw is adopted as XY axis. Despite its low price, it is designed with precision emphasis. Operating amount per pulse: 2 μm / pulse (for both XY)

Stable heating is realized by original heating method

Hot air + IR heating method is adopted. Stable heating can be done while minimizing damage to parts. Ideal for soldering with narrow adjacent mounting.

Minimize the spread of heat to the surroundings

Solder can be melted stably without blowing chips by breeze heating. Ideal for melting solder on heat-sensitive parts such as resin-based boards.

No need for fine adjustment of heating time

No conditions necessary for laser heating or halogen heating (light heating) are required. Since heating time can be set while actually heating in manual mode, it can be used as an immediate fight from that day introduced.

Easy interactive data creation

Direct teaching method using head camera is adopted for data creation. Since you can input data while watching the board, you can create data even in the absence of CAD data. Of course it is also compatible with CAD data creation.
